About the Presenters
Constance Ard Constance Ard is an Independent Information Professional with 15 years’ experience in information and content management. She offers consulting services for businesses wishing to maximize their investments in social media and other information resources. She is currently working on her second published book, Adding Value in Corporate Libraries and Information Services, scheduled for publication in January 2012. In October 2009, Ms. Ard completed her first book, Next Generation Corporate Libraries and Information Services.
Marydee OjalaMarydee Ojala edits ONLINE: Exploring Technology & Resources for Information Professionals and writes its business research column. She started her research and writing business in 1987 after leaving BankAmerica Corporation, where she was responsible for strategic information discovery and delivery in support of the global knowledge needs of bank officers. She contributes articles and news analysis to major library and information publications worldwide, is a frequent speaker at national and international information events, and is a well-known observer and commentator on trends in web search, the internet, and the overall online world.
Linda StacyWithin corporate and freelance settings, Linda Stacy provides in-depth search, search guidance, and information analysis using a variety of fee and free online and print resources. Throughout Linda’s career, instructional design and delivery have been among her preferred professional endeavors. Linda currently designs and delivers dynamic research training sessions in a management consulting environment. In addition to her MLS, Linda holds Bob Pike Group certifications in Instructional Design for Participant-Centered Training and Presentation Skills for Professionals.
