Advertising at the AIIP conference will raise customer awareness of your products and services. AIIP offers a variety of ways to publicize your company.
To apply to advertise at the AIIP annual conference, complete the Sponsorship Application Package (PDF). Applications must be received by March 10, 2010.
Advertising Options
- Conference Bag - $1,100
Display your company name and logo not only at the conference, but everywhere AIIP members travel.
- Conference Packet Cover - $900
Claim the back cover of the printed conference participant package for your company name, logo, business description, and sponsorship acknowledgment.
- Lanyards - $500
Maintain constant visibility throughout the conference. (AIIP takes care of getting the lanyards.)
- Conference Badges - $500
All eyes will be on your company name and logo. (AIIP takes care of producing the badges.)
- Promotional Items - $225
Make a lasting impression by providing 150 items of your choice to be included in conference bags.
- Advertising Insert/Literature Distribution - $225
Tell attendees more about your products and services. Options include a full-page, double-sided ad in the conference packets or a brochure into the conference bags. Advertisers should supply 200 copies of their insert or brochure.
- Door Prize Donation - Suggested value $25
Advertiser supplies prizes.
