Promotional Opportunities

Promoting your company at the AIIP conference will raise customer awareness of your products and services. AIIP offers a variety of ways to publicize your company.

• Compare sponsorship options and benefits at a glance (PDF).

• Complete the Sponsorship Application package  (PDF) to advertise at the conference. Submit your application by March 2, 2012.

Options

• Conference Bag - $1,100
  Display your company name and logo not only at the conference, but everywhere AIIP members travel.
   
  
• Conference Packet Cover - $900
  Claim the back cover of the printed conference participant package for your company name, logo, business description, and sponsorship acknowledgment.
   
• Lanyards - $500
  Maintain constant visibility throughout the conference. (AIIP takes care of getting the lanyards.)
   
• 2013 Conference Registration Giveaway - $300
  Enable one lucky attendee to win a drawing for a free registration for AIIP's 2013 conference in Denver.
  

• Promotional Items - $225
  Make a lasting impression by providing 150 items of your choice to be included in conference bags.
   
• Promotional Insert/Literature Distribution - $225
  Tell attendees more about your products and services. Options include a full-page, double-sided ad in the conference packets or a brochure into the conference bags. Advertisers should supply 200 copies of their insert or brochure.
   
• Door Prize Donation - Suggested value $25 prizes.
