Attendees will get an inside look at the workings of some tools they can use to interact with clients, prospects, and team members. Examples include GoToWebinar, Scribd, Wikispaces, and Skype.

About the Presenter

Connie Clem is lead writer, researcher, and communication designer at Clem Information Strategies, where she creates change through information for nonprofit and government clients. She is the author of Government Online and has developed, managed, or helped steer websites for a variety of organizations since the 1990s. She’s been an AIIP member since 2007 and developed the current AIIP website. Connie tweets on information, public policy, and justice topics at @ConnieInfo.
