Cost:  $25 for members; $30 for non-members; $15 for all students

Information professionals and researchers may apply their skills across many sectors of the work force. Find out what professional opportunities and possible career paths may be available to you, and the associations and resources which support these. We will have representatives speak briefly from four different organizations:

Oregon Chapter of SLA (ORSLA)  
Oregon Chapter of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP)
Northwest Chapter of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement
Association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP)

This program presents an opportunity to learn from other professionals in diverse fields about solutions to shared challenges, preferred resources for research and analysis, professional development and emerging trends. You can also expand your network by meeting and speaking to individuals in other associations.
