There are a wide variety of tools and templates out there to help you start or grow your business. For this webinar, Kelly Berry (ResourceAbility, LLC) will examine the Business Model Canvas. This is a tool that allows you to examine all the components of your new or existing business in a visual way, to see how everything is connected, from your services to your customers to your financials. Kelly will provide a worksheet for participants, and you can work on your own business planning as she guides you through each segment of the canvas. This is a great strategic planning exercise for any business, and participants will walk away with a couple clear goals for the first part of the year.
